Purchasing & Vendor Questions

As per Board Policy, vendors must contact the Purchasing Department for prior authorization before contacting or visiting any school, department, and/or staff member. Direct contact with IT departments and individuals is discouraged.

The District does not maintain an approved vendor list. All bid/RFP opportunities are posted on Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing. Vendors are encouraged to register with them directly.

If you have questions, please contact Purchasing and Contracting at 720-433-0060.
